Founded in 1937 by Arnold Upmann in Gütersloh, the company became one of the leading metal-processing companies in Ostwestfalen-Lippe. The Rietberg location currently employs 150 people on a production area of 20,000 square metres.

The three Managing Directors Matthias Upmann, Andreas Tolkmitt and Maik-Oliver Winzker manage the company according to the motto: UPMANN is a service provider!
